    Would never recommend them

    I had purchased things before from Teknikdelar and they went well. But these 2 past times they went really bad. They didn't deliver one of my orders, no matter how many times (Maybe 5 times) I emailed them. Their answer was we have given it to the post, it is them that are doing the delay. But it wasn't post's fault. I could see on post's website that Teknikdelar hasn't given them my items. And finally after 11 days and another email, they responded they're out of stock and cannot send the item. Also another order that I made previous to this, comprised 2 items. I returned one of them via postnord with the return code that Teknikdelar send me themselves. However, now after a month and a half and many emails I haven't received my money back. They say they have not recieved the returned item which is absolutley impossible. Their costumer service is also rude and irresponsible. Totally not recommend.

    Elendig returpolitik

    Jeg havde bestilt 2 batterier. Da de ikke passede ville jeg levere dem tilbage, men efter flere dages ventetid, svarede deres kundesupport endelig at batterierne skulle sendes separat! Så der skulle betales dobbelt porto osv. Utroligt! Derudover har jeg på blot et par dage fået 9 mails om at "rate" dem og "skriv hvor gode vi er" irriterende spam som fortsætter dagligt!

    God og ærlig firma

    Technikkdeler is simply reselling cheap products from Temu without any quality control. inom ordered a kids’ mobile and a tablet cover, and both were made of flimsy, toxic plastic with a strong kemikalie smell. It’s clear these products don’t meet any safety regulations, which fryst vatten especially concerning for children’s items.

    This company prioritizes profit over quality and customer safety. If you’re expecting Scandinavian standards, you’ll be very disappointed. inom wouldn’t trust them with anything important—better to buy directly from reputable brands.

After installing it today, my phone accidentally dropped on the floor at home, and the screen shattered immediately. Given that the product came with a lifetime guarantee, I expected better durability.
